Interested to know how this works within the SEC rules on private investment. But, crowdfunding could be a great way for firms that typically do not fall within the investment spaces of professional investors.

I have never heard of GrowVC I’ll have to check it out.
It enables communities to mobilise support for the things they want to see happen, as investors in their own future, if they can raise some of the money for themselves, it makes them more fundable or more investible by others.
You’re so interesting! I do not think I’ve read through something like
